As a resident of New Jersey for over 21 years, Rahul Bhatia has an extensive knowledge of central New Jersey and its surrounding areas. Rahul has served first time buyers and experienced buyers of real estate, including investment properties, homes, commercial properties, waterfront properties, townhomes, and condominiums. He has a wide range of real estate knowledge in order to direct each client with their individual needs.

Rahul graduated in 2000 from Rutgers College earning a dual degree in Economics and Biology. In addition to selling real estate, Rahul is also a partner in 2 successful restaurants in Central Jersey and manages multiple investment properties. He is currently getting ready to obtain a designation as a commercial agent, giving him access and knowledge to buying and selling commercial properties and business investments.
 

During the week, Heba works as an IT Project Manager for a major fashion company and works with many people, acting as the link between the business and IT teams. Her one great enjoyment about her career is helping people, providing advice and guidance to bring projects to completion.
Heba is very excited to use her two great passions, real estate and helping people, to help you find your dream home and make your home buying experience a successful and pleasant one.

As a resident of New Jersey for over 30 years, Bobby Roy really knows NJ. He was born and grew up in Central NJ and is intimately familiar with most of the towns in North and Central NJ. Bobby has a strong passion for Real Estate and his clients. He always goes the extra mile to make sure that his clients are well informed and comfortable during the entire real estate process. Bobby is also the President of an IT Consulting Company located in Central NJ, he graduated from Rutgers University with a major in Computer Science and Minor in Economics. He currently resides in Hillsborough with his wife and 2 children.
